YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

This notice explains how we use the information you give us when requesting a VeyBound demonstration. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Who is responsible

VEYBOUND LTD (company number 17475660) is registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 111 New Union Street, Coventry, United Kingdom, CV1 2NT. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, work email address, company and an optional short message. We use these details to assess your request, reply to you, discuss your workflow and arrange a demonstration. We do not add you to a general marketing list simply because you submit the form.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and arranging relevant demonstrations. You may object to this use of your information by contacting us.

Who handles the information

Cloudflare hosts this website, protects the form from automated misuse and carries the request to our business inbox. Microsoft provides our business email service and stores the message in that mailbox. Only people who need to handle your enquiry should access it. We do not sell the information you submit.

How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not become an active opportunity, we normally keep the correspondence for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise it. If the conversation becomes an active pilot, customer relationship or contract, a separate business record and retention schedule may apply. We may also keep information longer where a legal obligation requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, restriction of use or a copy where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected] and we will review your request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with our response.

Website measurement

Cloudflare provides website security and aggregate traffic reporting. We do not run optional on-page analytics or advertising trackers. Google Search Console shows us how the site appears in Google Search, including search terms and clicks; it does not add a tracking script to this website.
